We're Jade & Toby, the founders of Goose Catering. We have over 20 years of cobined experience in the hospitality industry.

Goose Catering was created in 2024 after we got engaged and started looking into catering options for our own wedding. We were shocked by how expensive and impersonal a lot of the catering options felt, and wanted to create something different. Quality Food, Beautiful Presentation and a Personal Experience without an inflated price-tag.
The name Goose Catering comes from our little boy, Angus, whose
nickname is 'Goose'. The business is something we're incredibly proud to have built together, combining our passion for great foos, creativity and bringing people together through memorable events.
