Who Are We...
I'm Jade, the founder of Goose Catering. I've worked in the hospitality industry for over a decade, and I've always been a foodie & love a good get together. I am the go-to-girl in my friendship group when it comes to event & party planning But since meeting my partner, my passion for cooking has really developed, he is a chef and has taught me so much!
We got engaged in 2024, and when we started looking at the different catering options, it seemed that as soon as you add the word 'Wedding' to your searches, the prices shot up! This has given me the drive to offer my culinary services to people hosting any type of event, and work within their budgets!
After the birth of our beautiful baby boy, Angus (Goose), we really thought it was time to pursue our dream and start working towards our future for us and for him. And so Goose Catering was born!
